Tokyo (Roppongi)
The Tokyo Employment Service Center for Foreigners is a public employment office specializing in providing non-Japanese residents with help-wanted information and employment consultations as well as providing businesses with information on and assistance with employing non-Japanese nationals. The Center is supervised by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.
Also, the Shinjuku Employment Assistance and Instruction Center for Foreigners provides non-Japanese residents with help-wanted information and employment consultations.

Contents of Service

  1. This office provides consultation services and introductions to job openings to foreigners living in Japan who have resident status, and those who are eligible for changing their resident status to a status that permits them to work.
  2. This office provides information for both those offering and those seeking jobs, and holds employment interviews, for companies and foreign students.
  3. This office provides opportunities to consult with professional advisors relating to immigration laws and procedures regarding resident status and other matters.
